January 15, 2009 -- President-Elect Obama says he wants to invest $150 billion in clean energy over the next ten years. This comes at a time when more pepole in Florida are using solar to heat water and generate electricity. But energy experts say Obama and the Congress will have to come up with better ways to pay for solar, for there to be a true "solar revolution" in the Sunshine State. 90.7's David Pitman reports.
